Mission of the CAWM
To serve in a consultative and advisory capacity to the President and to work with the Vice President for Academic Administration.
To participate in the development of priorities, formulate and recommend plans, and facilitate actions that promote the professional development and advancement of women and minorities, faculty in particular, and all Health Science Center employees in general. The committee is required by UT System policy.
